Satoko has led food-focused health transformations and seminars for over 1,800 individuals in Japan and internationally.


After overcoming rheumatoid arthritis herself through nutrition, she has helped numerous individuals including entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders enhance their daily performance and well-being through sustainable dietary changes. Athletes also turn to her for targeted support in reaching their peak potential.

With 10 years of international living experience across four countries (U.S., Singapore, Dubai in UAE, and Oman), she continues to collaborate with global executives, researching real-life food and lifestyle strategies.

Satoko studied under a mentor with Ph.D. in Nutritional Science for five years and has over a decade of experience in the nutrition and organic food industry. She previously served as Vice President of an organic & natural food company and currently offers tailored dietary guidance and programs integrating the latest global nutrition trends, incorporating traditional Japanese practices.
